Refund Policy

You may return any product purchased from our store within 60 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unopened, and with all its accessories and packaging intact.

Exchanges:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team by email with your order number and a description of the issue. Additionally, please provide an unboxing video or photos of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving the item. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, you may do so within 60 days from the date of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for any price difference and shipping fees for the replacement item.
