We ship the pearl jewelry items from China.
We offer standard and express two shipping ways for your choice:
- Order amount at $50 or more, $0 shipping fee for standard shipping，7-13 working days
- Order amount less than $50, $7 shipping fee for standard shipping, 7-13 working days
- Order amount at $50 or more, $20 shipping fee for express shipping, 4-6 working days
- Order amount less than $50, $25 shipping fee for express shipping, 4-6 working days
We can accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard credit card.
You can track your parcel via the Confirmation Email.
If your credit card is declined there may be a few reasons: the card has no funds available, you entered the wrong CSV security code, the card is expired, you entered the wrong billing information, the card does not allow internet purchases (card not present purchases) etc. In any event by calling your issuing bank they can tell you why the card is declining.
Solutions: Try a different credit card or try using PayPal as your checkout method.
Only unshipped orders may be cancelled. Cancellation may be done through email. Refund will be issued accordingly if card is charged.
